Where Passion Met Purpose

It began on a quiet Sunday at a local cricket ground.

A young player packed his kit after another tough trial – frustrated, unsure of what came next. A week later, we met an academy owner urgently searching for a throwdown coach. Both needed each other, yet never crossed paths. That moment stayed with us.

As time went on, we met countless talented professionals who remained invisible, like an experienced sports mgmt. graduate, lost in the clutter of generic job portals. Even as India’s sports ecosystem exploded with leagues, academies, and brands, there was no single platform connecting people who truly lived the game. Traditional job portals didn’t understand the grind – the early mornings, late nights, and emotion. Because sport is not just an industry; it’s identity, discipline, and purpose.

I’m Devjeet Chakraborty. Sport has shaped my life, as a first-class cricketer and BCCI A-Level coach, I’ve lived its intensity, discipline, & realities. Off the field, I saw too many athletes struggle once the spotlight dimmed – no clear pathways, uncertain careers, and a fading affinity to the game.

At the same time, teams and corporates kept saying they couldn’t find the right talent. That disconnect pushed me to act. Sport doesn’t need another job board – it needs its own locker room, built by someone who has lived the game deeply and knows what performance truly means.
