We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Associate to support and execute initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on sales support and relationship management. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Responsibilities : Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels Develop marketing content including presentations, brochures, social posts, emailers, and sales collateral Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking Track campaign performance, leads, and conversion metrics; prepare reports and insights Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and sales materials Support events, promotions, product launches, and exhibitions Sales Responsibilities : Support the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups Assist in preparing sales proposals, pitches, and client presentations Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and customer onboarding Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing customers Participate in client meetings, calls, and negotiations where required Requirements & Qualifications Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field 1โ3 years of experience for Associate / 3โ6 years for Executive (flexible based on role level) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and sales processes Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Key Skills Marketing strategy and execution Lead generation and conversion optimization Customer relationship management Negotiation and persuasion Analytical thinking and reporting Time management and multitasking What We Offer Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives or commissions Career growth opportunities across marketing and sales functions Collaborative, growth-focused work environment How to Apply : Kindly send your CV/Resume at Ritwikabanerjee@pgtofindia.com / hrpgtofindia@gmail.com OR Apply here https://surl.li/tckarm
