Nivia Sports is looking for a sharp graphic designer with a modern visual sense and strong execution ability. The role will work across digital, e-commerce, and on-ground brand touchpoints — from Amazon A+ creatives and cataloguing to retail branding, campaigns, and sports-led storytelling. You should be comfortable moving between performance design and brand design — fast, functional, and creatively consistent. Key Responsibilities Digital & E-commerce Design Create Amazon A+ creatives, product listings, and marketplace brand stores Design D2C website banners, landing pages, and campaign assets Support digital cataloguing and product presentation frameworks Build performance creatives for Meta, Google, and marketplace ads Brand & Campaign Creative Design social media creatives, reels covers, launch assets, and motion-led content Translate campaign ideas into visual systems across formats Maintain visual consistency aligned with Nivia’s brand language Retail & On-Ground Execution Design BTL creatives: dealer branding, posters, standees, SIS fixtures, stall backdrops Support store VM, launch branding, and event creatives Create print-ready artwork for production and execution Product & Packaging Support Assist in packaging layouts, product storytelling visuals, and feature graphics Support GTM launches with multi-format creative deliverables AI-Led Creative Production Use AI tools for concept exploration, visual generation, mockups, and productivity Speed up content adaptation across multiple formats and channels Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or brand design Experience working with consumer brands, sports, lifestyle, or D2C/e-commerce is a plus Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and performance design Skills Required Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Figma / Canva (for fast digital production) Understanding of motion basics (After Effects or similar preferred) Hands-on with AI tools for image generation, mockups, and creative workflows Knowledge of Amazon creative formats, cataloguing, and e-commerce visual standards Ability to adapt creatives across digital, retail, and print formats What We’re Looking For Modern, clean, and sports-first visual sensibility Strong execution mindset — someone who can deliver at speed Ability to work across teams: brand, marketing, e-commerce, and retail Curiosity for trends in sports culture, streetwear, and performance branding Ownership-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented Salary: Based on past experience Email your resume & portfolio at: anish.khanna@nivia.in OR Apply here https://surl.li/icwxec
