We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Intern to join our NCR team at Hudle, a fast-growing sports tech startup. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in B2B partnerships, sales operations, and growth execution within a startup environment. You will work closely with our Business Development Manager to drive the onboarding and activation of new sports venues on the Hudle App. From shadowing high-impact meetings to coordinating with partners and internal teams, you’ll play an active role in building our venue network and ensuring a seamless onboarding journey. This internship will give you exposure to real-world sales conversations, operations processes, and startup thinking—perfect for someone looking to build a career in business development, sports management, or SaaS sales. Key Responsibilities Drive onboarding operations for new venue partners, including data collection, documentation, and go-live coordination Liaise directly with sports venue managers/owners to gather account details, agreements, and other onboarding requirements Coordinate internally with partner growth team to ensure smooth venue creation and platform readiness Ensure CRM accuracy and data hygiene, while tracking progress and flagging bottlenecks Shadow sales calls and partner meetings, learning how to pitch, handle objections, and close deals Contribute to process improvement initiatives to help the team onboard partners more efficiently Take initiative to solve operational challenges, act as a bridge between sales and back-end teams, and help scale Hudle’s presence across NCR Who Should Apply You are a fresh graduate or final-year student looking for hands-on sales exposure Based in Delhi-NCR, with the flexibility to travel locally for venue visits Strong communication skills — in English & Hindi Highly organized and detail-oriented, with comfort using Excel, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools Self-motivated and eager to learn in a startup environment Passion for sports is a strong plus!
